Delete your Dental Clinic Manager account

This page explains how to delete your account in Dental Clinic Manager, the clinic management app published by Solvexa Technologies, and what happens to your data when you do.

1. Delete your account in the app

Open Dental Clinic Manager and sign in.
Go to the More tab and tap Security.
Tap Delete account.
Enter your password and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out on every device.

If you are your clinic's only active doctor, the app will ask you to add another doctor first, or to contact us so we can close the clinic's account.

2. Request deletion without the app

If you can no longer use the app, email us at info@solvexatech.com with the subject "Account deletion request – Dental Clinic Manager". Please include:

The email address or phone number you sign in with.
The name of your clinic.

Send the request from the email address on your account if you can. We may contact you to confirm the request is genuine before deleting anything, and we will confirm by email once your account has been deleted.

3. What is deleted

Your name, email address and phone number.
Your password and all active sign-in sessions.
Push notification registrations for your devices.
Clinic records stored on the device you delete the account from.

4. What is kept, and why

Dental Clinic Manager is used by clinics to keep patient and business records. Those records belong to the clinic, not to an individual staff account, so deleting your account does not delete them:

Patient records, visits, prescriptions, payments, expenses and lab work stay with the clinic. Clinics must keep medical and financial records for the periods required by law.
The history of who recorded what (the clinic's audit trail) is kept so those records remain trustworthy. After deletion it shows "Deleted user" instead of your name.

None of the retained records contain your name, email address or phone number. A clinic that wants all of its data deleted, for example when it stops using the app, can request this by emailing us at the address above.
